Transneft Diascan's chemical laboratory passes inspection and confirms international accreditation

The chemical laboratory of Transneft Diascan has confirmed its international accreditation for tests and the competence of its results after successfully completing an inspection.

The inspection was conducted by the Association of Analytical Centers Analitica (ACA Analitica), acknowledged by the international accreditation organizations ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) as a full participant of these associations.

During the inspection the accredited analytical laboratory demonstrated its performance to all the procedures provided by its quality manual as well as the efficiency of the existing quality system, which included the results of the AAL’s participation in intra-laboratory comparative tests. The outcome of the intra-laboratory control for the results accuracy and stability control were checked and analyzed. The documents of the accredited analytical laboratory were also checked for their correspondence to the real situation.

The chemical laboratory of Transneft Diascan passed international accreditation in 2015 and obtained the expert evaluation certificate and its accreditation certificate in the ILAC and APLAC system for five years. Accreditation is confirmed annually by means of inspection control.

The chemical laboratory of Transneft Diascan was created in 2000 on the base of the polyurethane production shop (PPW). The laboratory performs from 3 to 3.5 thousand tests annually.
